Well there my wife’s, but she says they fill her hand well when she reaches out like shaking your hand. These are used mostly for vegetables.I always thought curly handles on kitchen knives were bad. How do you like these handles in work?
You sure scored some points with my wife and I’m the one that benefits from her liking what’s she making. You sure make some wonderful cutlery that I’ll pass down to my kids .Thanks Martin, that's a great looking set!
Very nice knife. Looks well cared forWorking from the home shop today while we are rained out and had some free time to go through some stuff my Grandpa left me. Cleaned up this Schrade/Old Timer and put an edge on it. I remember him having it for quite some time always on his side table to open mail and clean his fingernails, but I have no idea how to date these. There are very minimal markings on the blade and from what I’ve gathered these are just cheapo box store specials.
I could care less about the value, but it’d be nice to put a date on it, if any one has any clues? I’m guessing late 80’s-early 90’s based on my memories.
