The smoke was pretty damned bad this week, but I forced myself to get out in the woods at least once since time is running short on the season. At least with rain expected this weekend, it will hopefully bring some relief from the the fires.

Those ironwood Dodo scales are pretty dang sweet.

Thanks, I love 'em. This was kind of a "Well, I've got to have this - I can figure out what I need it for later" type knives, but sometimes the fascination can die down, not for this one. I think that bad boy is destined to be a fancy lil desk knife.
