Those are made by suingab , for the Spyderco Gayle Bradley 2.
They are milled od green G-10. Just do a Google search for Suingab.

Thanks! It has turned out to be my favorite EDC from him. Small enough to be easy to carry, and the grip on this one is fantastic. If you are serious about getting one from him, I can say from experience that he is a pleasure to order a custom from. His work and designs seem to match the ideas in my head well, and I believe his pricing makes him a bargain in today's market when comparing his fit and finish to others.
