Well I really don’t know if it’s code or not honestly. We do it when it’s buried lines in dirt but honestly ive never put it in a slab. We have to be below the concrete tho. We had one fast food restaurant they redid the entire drain system. Saw cut everywhere and cut a ton of conduits that were up in the concrete. Made for a very long weekend. But either way electrical shouldn’t be ran In white pvc. This entire place is like thatHope the surprise did not come at a person's expense with a shock. Doesn't code require the "danger - energized electrical" mylar tape between conduit to grade?
All of the electrical in the slab was originally ran in white pvc here. It’s a massive retirement center built in the 70s. They hit one before that had 500mcm running through it. The sawzall blade looked like the McDonald’s arch’s when they pulled it back.Gray is electric. Blue or white is water , orange is gas. Black plastic coated Steel pipe is petroleum. But at least you got job security. The plumbers didn't know that gray is electric? Fools
Incredible shot
Does CRK offer reblades for them? If it’s the same blade as the Sebenza 21 you might be in luck since they’re going to do reblades for them.Considering how much time it spent in my pocket it has held up very well! The tip did get broken but that's what happens when you work stuff.
Hold onto that feeling for as long as you can! Just keep using it and enjoy.I'm not sure why exactly, because in most ways it's just super basic, even compared to other Spydie's.
But I have to admit that the Stretch 2 has grown to be possibly my favorite Spyderco..
