Thank you for taking the time to give me your thoughts. I like what I hear. I don’t fidget or flickI like it, been pretty impressed with all my GMs. Elmax blade, nice slicey grind but thick enough to feel solid. They put the jimping high up on the blade, it looks odd at first, but it really works well in use. Rounded spine is a nice touch.
I really like the micarta handle, it's not thin, really fills the hand. If you like thin profiles, this is not the knife for you. I saw a YT video where the guy mentioned he didn't like the way the lock relief felt in hand, but I couldn't disagree more, for my hand it feels fine, nice and secure even.
Action is the interesting part. It's super smooth and easy to open, but it's fairly tight. If you're looking for flick/fidget factor, this is not the knife for you. I enjoy that though, and the fact that it's not a flipper.
Very well built, all centered, no standout quality issues. Wire clip... meh, but it works.
At a good price, sale, 2nd hand etc. I'd say go for it. Full price, I'd be thinking about it a bit longer... their pricing isn't great.
YMMV
