EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

My @David Mary custom with @Gary W. Graley leather belt adapter.
I have a couple weeks of edc,ing this combo now.
I do NOT ever see me carrying a folder again. I got my RF pocket back, and this is true one handed operation.
From drawing to sheathing the blade.

This is all the knife I need Dailey.
Until my next commissioned blade from him arrives anyway : )View attachment 2135728
Very nice setup. I could not totally stop carrying folders. Plus in Michigan, fixed blades are illegal unless there is an open hunting season. Luckily coyote season does not close

New car knife. Very smooth trade, thank you AriesTheCam AriesTheCam !

Hell yeah brother! Agreed. A fine trade and smooth as a boiled egg. Thank you as well. That's gonna make a nice car blade! It's family misses it dearly already.

This SDFK is a fine addition to the little CPK family I have goin now. Beautiful knife! Thinking I'll carry it today as well!

Evidence of a broken home.. so sad to see a family torn apart. 😭

It's Day Three with the new-to-me SERE 2K and I was doing a little tune-up and lube and getting ready to stash away the nice Al Mar box it came in. I looked under the foam layers to see if there was any paperwork hiding there and instead found a nice bright stainless clip and screws in a bag instead. I really kinda liked the blued clip that was on it despite its obvious wear, but figured I'd give the bright one a turn. I think it goes nicely with the typically molten luster of Seki City VG10 and matches the finish of th SS liners and butt spacer.

I've added a couple drops of TriFlow to the Teflon washers and my usual dab of FinishLine to the detent ball to get the action even smoother and freer than it was when I got it, though it was damn good to start with. I was able to tighten the pivot just a skosh after to push the blade more towards center, as it was just a tiny bit off, and thought I might do a scale shift too which would require a disassembly as the standoff screws are hidden behind the G10. Unfortuately, the liner screw sockets are smaller than my smallest 1.5 mm Wiha (1,5 in Euro parlance) and I ended up ordering a couple sets of mini shorthandled hex wrenches, adding a fractional set as well. In the meantime, the tabletop leverage method has gotten the blade all but perfectly centered anyway.
