The ZT I actually bought off of the forum about a year or so ago and it had a pretty messed up blade from a poor attempt at sharpening. Sent it in to ZT and paid for a new blade. The directions said it would be a plain blade without serial number etc. I was surprised when I got it back and sure enough they put the serial number on it! They have an awesome customer service department.
