EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

This is a Fox Baby Core, with a 2 1/8" N690Co blade. It is comfortable to carry, and it fits my hand. I would prefer a more straight blade, a much smaller choil, and no flipper tab, but it is a very handy little pocketknife for about $100.

Losing a pet is always tough. So true about cats. They pick you. Too funny about helping him push.
You know what they say Bro’s before …. 😆 J/K
When I went to the breeders and said I wanted to see him they let him out of the kennel and he started running straight at me saying oh boy oh boy oh boy as he was running lol and then… he got about 5 feet from me and made a sharp turn and just wanted to play in the yard lol. But within a week at home we were buddies for life :)
Ok pocket dump after work with the exception of Batman and the cold beverage 🤪

Congratulations on the new house. Hope the renovations don't require a lot

👏🏼👏🏼 Congrats my Friend

Much appreciated gents! Though in today's market, you might oughtta congratulate the bank 🤣

Seriously though, it is really nice to have a place to actually call my own out here and seeing all the struggle finally start to pay off. When we moved out here 6 years ago on a wing and a prayer, we figured we'd just rent for a year or so and see how it goes. Life happens, we fall in love with the place, and before you know it here we are. Luckily I own everything back in Florida outright, and it was selling one of those properties that provided the funds to put into this house. It feels good to achieve another step in the dream of more consistently splitting time between the two locations. Plus, this place is in a small town further out in the country, which is much more my speed 👍.

You guys are making me miss my Doberman. He was my dream dog growing up for many years and I was the happiest guy when I finally got him. I devoted a lot of time and energy in making sure he was well trained and behaved but he sadly ended up passing one night randomly at three years old. As much as I love them it’s left a scar on my heart and makes me question ever getting one again.

My black Tanto Inkosi with the silver dog paw bead serves as a reminder for the love and memories I have with my boy, Simba, and all of my other dogs past and present.

I have these three favorites out for Friday.

I also wanted to say how sorry I am you experienced this loss, what a beautiful dog. I'm glad you got to know him, and gave him a great life. Get another one, it won't replace the old one, but it will help have a quality life for yourself. I'm a dog person, I have to have them, even knowing they will break your heart.

This weeks haul starting with the big one - a Shirogorov R1P in Chromax PM steel and Ti framelock that arrived Monday, but I've been keeping it a secret. (edit to fix autocorrect)

Also, a CJRB Ekko front flipper in green micarta with liner lock, to join my carbon fiber button lock version, along with a few other knives in the next post.

Actually only carried the Shiro and the Ekko today, and meant to post them all in the new acquisitions thread. Ignore the others...

Lot of stories about pets. While they are awesome companions, it is very sad when they have to leave. Unfortunately they do not live as long as we do, so you might experience a few passings. The top two are Eddie Manetti. The Calico was Abby. Love 'em like crazy. They like knives too. :)
