😂 King of the Hill is one of my favorite shows!

We bought the property last fall. The builders we’ve talked with are all backed up 6 month and are taking longer than usual for completion, so we’re at least a year out. It’ll be so nice when it’s done though, as it’s 20 minutes closer to work for me, much quieter than our current neighborhood, and has a small creek on it. View attachment 2181354
Oh yeah that’s one of my favorite shows too, I tell you Hwhat!

Unfortunately that’s just the way it is now with construction. Hopefully it all goes smooth for you guys and you get settled in to a new house in the time frame you’re expecting. I have a small creek at the back of my property with plenty of privacy. It’s great and I’m sure you’re very much looking forward to it. Good luck!

Wow, details my friend

I like your style, J.

The usual UTX-85 left front pocket, and CRK small Sebenza 31 PJ right front. Right rear pocket is switched from the XM-18 to my new Spyderco Manix 2 in S110V with a David Mary Custom Regrind.

Tore up a bunch of boxes with the Manix, making a foot and a half high stack of flat cardboard. Was a little scared to clean the tape glue off the blade before the current two bandaids have expired and fallen off my fingers. I need to make room before I need more bandaids...

Now there is room in the 3rd garage spot for a car again!

Apparently Goo Gone is a miracle worker. I still need to get a microfiber and finish cleaning it, but just pouring some on and wiping it off in one swipe for 90% of the glue off.

Tada! No more boxes.
