When you posted this picture I was foolishly remembering that on My 10 year anniversary I decided to go to the rifle range with my buddies...... Not paying attention to the date you were posting.... :/


Even MORE foolishly, I forgot that then (the day you posted This picture) was actually MY wedding anniversary....... she reminded me the following day. I think it's the 22nd?

Our friend wagged his finger at me as I hadn't posted in my Mad for Micarta thread (AKA J jfk1110 's OD Green Extravaganza) for over two months, so I carried this one today with him in mind.

It's great to see knives from those two fine makers together.

I know those peppers are all the rage today but I remember way back when Red Savina was the hottest pepper. It remains my favorite due to the flavor profile. For those who don't grow, CaJohn's offers a simple Red Savina puree that comes in handy.
