It's great to see knives from those two fine makers together.
I know those peppers are all the rage today but I remember way back when Red Savina was the hottest pepper. It remains my favorite due to the flavor profile. For those who don't grow, CaJohn's offers a simple Red Savina puree that comes in handy.

I’ll have to check them out! Heard the name but never tried them or grew em.
I enjoy the Ghost chilie flavor a lot, but are a little spicy lol. Have plenty others I’m growing that aren’t that bad like Jalepenos, Serranos, Pequins, Tepins, Cayenne, and a few others. Love them Tepins too.
