EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Shirt pocket carry since I'm wearing coveralls doing vehicle maintenance.

David from David Mary David Mary and Nick from Rusev Rusev knives make some nice and very creative knives. Love the Leather horizontal sheath that Nick makes.

I’ll have to check them out! Heard the name but never tried them or grew em.

I enjoy the Ghost chilie flavor a lot, but are a little spicy lol. Have plenty others I’m growing that aren’t that bad like Jalepenos, Serranos, Pequins, Tepins, Cayenne, and a few others. Love them Tepins too.

You inspired me to double up on MagnaCut today with this pair from David Mary David Mary and Rusev Rusev .

This is only the second time in recent memory that I carried two fixed blades and no folder. While the two smaller blades last week were office-friendly, today's carry was better suited to casual environments or outdoors. Luckily, that's where I spent my day. :)

I got three knives in the mail today, so of course had to carry them all!

Obviously. Lol.

I’m digging the Paul lock Gerber.
Don't remember if I've gotten more than one in a day, though they have come back-to-back, but yeah, gotta carry 'em all for sure.

For my part, I'm digging the Eagle UL--sweet maroon scales. Since getting an HD I'm keeping an eye out for a UL too.

This past winter here in Utah went into the record books for all time snowpack. Here, looking out above Brighton Utah. 75 feet of snow total this winter. As you can see there is still an astronomical amount of snow up here. The ski resort is still running a couple lifts and the parking lot was packed. Will be a bit before getting the mountain bike up there. Not complaining at all, we need all the water we can get out here.

I worked on the woodshed today. Having thrown two to three thousand pounds of wet oak on the single 12 foot 4x6 floor center floor beam without giving it much thought up front, the noticeable sag had me adding a center support. The 6 foot 4x6 header on one end will need replacing too as it's developed some nasty dry rot, so I added a center post to that too ahead of replacing it after emptying the shed after next heating season.

One side was still empty, so I popped three floor boards for access, added a half solid block for a footer, and was gonna cut a short 6-by post after jacking. My wife grabbed another half block and oversized cement brick without measuring and they proved to be the perfect size. Woman's intuition, I guess.

I got another half-block footer under the outboard left with a post to pick up the compromised header and a couple inches bearing for the center beam's end. That nasty looking upright is just an old plank tagged into the floor and purlins to contain the stacked firewood on the end we decided to leave open.

I carried my large Starbenza 25 for Framelock Friday. Lots of extra F's there too, as it was Formerly Featured by a Firearms company--Wilson Combat. This one was the smoothest and freest out-of-the box CRK of all those I own and is a particular favorite.

Understand. Here in Michigan front windows are not allowed any tint while others in vehicle can be damn near jet black. The tint does add to the good looks of the car.
True, the days off go by quickly. You have something to look forward too. Enjoy the rest of your time off my friend
Yea I did it mostly to protect the interior and for comfort . It keeps it so much cooler but it does look really good especially with the shadow line kit “blacked out “ trim on the car . I told myself I wasn’t going to tint this one but after almost a year I got weak and had some extra time on my vacation lol.
Thanks my friend.!
