EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Just ordered one this morning, would you please give me your opinion on this one, much appreciated as I am really looking forward to getting one

I am only a little over a week with mine, but as of now I couldn’t be more impressed. Incredible action, blade was VERY sharp from the factory and everything is ergonomic and smoothed/polished nicely.

I think you will like it!

Eforms are about at 9 months on average now, some as fast as 6 but I have never seen 3 months.
I’m going on 4 months now of eforms. We will see how fast they are. I had 4 paper form 4s go through in 6 months in 2020-21. I had a form 1 go through in 23 days.

After some years searching and hoping, I finally have the Al Mar pair I've long sought, the latest being the Eagle Ultralight, bid on and won at the minimum, opening amount on the big auction site. I certainly paid not insignificantly more than original price, but considering the market for this discontinued knife I didn't do too badly for one BNIB. With a couple drops of W10 NanOil its action sprang to life and it's easily the best flicker of any lock back knife I've handled. The AUS8 FFG blade is wicked sharp, thin behind the edge, and super slicey at less than 0.1" at the spine. It's also stupidly light at 2.4 oz for a full 4' bladed knife. I couldn't believe how easily it flew through heavy cardboard this morning as a cool and windy Cape Cod day had me burning up accumulated boxes to feed our heating fireplace in lieu of recycling.

The one caveat with this knife is its poor centering. It's not rubbing and the tight blade spacing makes it look worse, but there's little to do about it with its pinned construction. I'm otherwise more than pleased with the knife and will suspend my Knife Knut finicky-ness and happily carry and use it.
