Greetings blade fiends! Haven't had time to post much lately. Still been working on our new pad pretty much daily all day for the past month or so. Things are coming along nicely, but it'll still be a few weeks before we move because the kids don't get out of school until the end of June. Been toting the K390 Stretch mostly, which is perfect for the task.

Sister-in-law bought a place just up the street from us with a sweet little backyard full of fruit trees that I've been put in charge of. Looking forward to having a mess of peaches, apples, pears, cherries, and figs 😋.

Was looking at one of those, Jason Clark knives have been on my radar for a while now. That one in particular has this awesome appeal to it, such a cool looking yet classy knife👌
I still remember seeing a picture of a Jason Clark knife on the internet over a decade ago. I had no idea who the maker was, but finally figured out it was Jason Clark. At the time, I had no way to afford one, but it always stuck with me. I finally had a chance to buy one at Blade yesterday, and even better, met Jason himself. This knife is as smooth opening as they come. Great grinds and awesome fit and finish. Was very excited to pick it up.

Even better, his table was right next to Brad Zinker, another of my longtime favorites. A lot of similarities between these two, even if the styles are different. Both excellent makers and it was a pleasure to shake their hands.

They're phenomenal looking blades, you picked out some great ones. Even better you got to meet the maker, sounds like an awesome experience. Was hoping you'd share your thoughts on the knife, so I appreciate you filling me in. I'm looking forward to grabbing one like what you got, great taste in knives brother👍
