The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:
https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
Where did you purchase the show side scale?
The G-10 version is 5.2oz
The lightweight version is 2.9oz.
And I can definately tell the differance. I rarely wanted to carry the heavy 5.2oz knife. And at 2.9oz the lightweight is just that, lightweight!
You know my attention span isn’t that great since I retired, anything shiny and I’m lost

No problem my friend. Cheers to a good weekend!Ahh, thanks for the info. It makes sense they would celebrate a decade by returning to the original manufacturer. I’ve read a little about RYP but very little regarding the history of his knives. This sheds a little light on things. Much appreciated!
Looks like you either need a clip or some WD40 for that pin...
I find myself over this last year using my Manix 2 more and my Para 2 less.I like the LW manixs also! Hard to beat a full size ergonomic Spyderco that’s only 3 oz! One of my favs! I would also recommend trying out one of the exclusive/sprint G10 versions with skeletonized liners sometime. They are a significant ounce lighter at around 4-4.2oz or so vs the full liner G10 version. I find them to carry quite well weight wise
