Don't feel bad. I've posted a Delica for over a month....
I'm pretty sure bacon is a vegetable.Im with you my friend. After my last couple weeks my Doc told me Im done bacon and sausage. Im pretty sure he said all processed meats but I heard bacon and sausage….
Nice Kosters! Yup, I remember him. I used to have a knife of his actually. When I came back to knives I heard that there was some sort of drama. It's too bad, I remember my Koster had a super deep hollow grind that cut like the dickens.Morning, boy did someone flip the switch on the seasons, but the colors are cool this year
Im sure some remember Dan the man?![]()
Morning man. What's the deal on that Hinderer Project X if you don't mind me asking? I've never been super interested in Hinderers for some reason, but that one is really piquing my interest. Did you have the thumbstuds added yourself and have it de-flippered, or do they sometimes come like that? Thanks.
No kidding, heaven forbid I lose my teeth, if I do I will just purée the Bacon and make a milk shakeBoy I miss this, just don’t get old![]()
Thanks for showing interest - I'm not much of a flipper only guy and drilled it for studs. shortly after decided to cut the flipper off, I figured I'd roll with the "project x" idea of it and make it my own since its sort of a frankenstein design from them anyways.Morning man. Very nice job man! That's really cool, it must have been kind of a pain to drill through that blade. I applaud your effort and design! How do you like the Winkler? They opened up his actual Winkler store about a half hour from my house. I stopped in and met Dan, super nice guy, I haven't bought anything yet, still deciding which one I want. I really wanted a pair of his axes that are in the terminal list, but way out of my price range..![]()

Edit: in the last picture, where is the girlfriend hidden?
Now whenever you smell the lanyard you can be like "I should call her."Left the fillet knife on the counter on the way out so...the best knife is the knife you've got right?

Wouldn't do it again, but was definitely doable.
I love it. If I’m carrying another knife when I go out it’s because I have forced myself to use some of mynothers knives so they won’t just gather dust! How do you like the Winkler?
