That’s the CPK (Carothers Performance Knives) Model DEK1 (Defensive Everyday Knife).
This one is in MagnaCut, but you can also find them in Delta 3V and AEB-L too.
None are being currently manufactured at the present time, but you will find them fairly often for sale here on Bladeforums.
Pay particular attention to the CPK sub forum for sale (only CPK products).

You shouldn’t have too much of a problem finding what you’re looking for, it’s the secondary markup price that’s the hard part.

I like it much more then my Bimmer no doubt and I loved my m240i .They’re pretty hard to get right now selling up to 20,000 over sticker price if you can find one . They list them at sticker as a recommended price but in small print it states price will vary . Then when you call they are either sold or marked up when you get to the dealer. My most favorite car to date and that says a lot
That finish on the blade is stellar, like the Taichung Spydercos but turned up x1000. Sweet blade
If you’re gonna post “not knife pics” I can’t think of anything cooler than fighter jet pics. Very, very cool.GB2 today not knife pic's but wanted to share, wife's nephew is a Navy Aviator was able to fly in for the weekend and we were able to go out to meet him on the tarmac as they taxied in.

I stayed up late watching NBA Playoff games and today turned into tomorrow, or was it yesterday turned into today. Anyway, I'm about an hour late posting Saturday's carry despite the fact that I've been pocketing the same knife while I finally got around to getting my saws and woods gear ready for our trip up north this week.
I didn't have any good results with the newer, lighter, more powerful Jonny as the carb seems to be lacquered up after several months of non-use and not running it out. I'm a bit surprised given the fuel I use and after a few hours cleaning and various attempts to start I gave up for now, breaking down that particular electronically self-adjusting carb being a bit daunting for this woodworker.
I started in on the good old 49SP instead, which still runs great despite the fact that it'll be 50 years old next season, but supper called and I'll finish it tomorrow and hopefully get it fired up to take along with us later this coming week.
At least I don't have to worry about starting the camp axe and it still seems sufficiently sharp for use this trip.
