Thanks.... It's from Central Waters.
They are a favorite of mine that's local to my state, Wisconsin.

They brew very balanced beers. It's how I like to brew.
Some breweries brew like making chicken soup, that day....
And some breweries brew like they make chicken soup Many days earlier.

I like beers, where the flavors melt together and it's not easy to tell where one taste starts, and another taste ends..... Very smooth. It's not so common now a days. Most people usually like Louder flavor profiles. BANG!
(I dont)
I didn't explain it very well.

But they do Lots of beautiful stouts, and have an Amazing barrel aging program.

This is an "Imperial Stout" but it's just their readily available stout/year round.
I get it for $8.99 a six-pack.
It's my edc of beers.
It's an easy drinking, just under 8% ABV

I drink their Special stuff, for special occasions.
Their Peruvian Coffee Stout is unbelievable!!!
It's funny how popular CW is here on Bladeforums, with people from out of state.
Numerous people post knife pics with Them. :D

I spent almost a decade between Manitowoc and Two Rivers but never encountered the brewery.
In Michigan now so hopefully the dealer is use can get it. If not, well might be a road trip in the future.
Sounds like a tasty brew.

After carrying my PJ SHF exclusively over our week's stay up north and the 1st day back on Cape, I switched up yesterday and today and have been bouncing back and forth between these two, sometimes carrying both concurrently. The AFCK-1101 and CruCarta PM-2 have a quite a bit in common--lots of length, pointy blades with similar bellies, round opening holes, full skeletonized liners, and open back construction--but are different in locking mechanisms and blade grinds, with contrasting handle shapes and materials among other features. They're very much the same only different and both are right up my alley.
