I was reading a post by B Bacchus over at the Bears' Den concerning extremely fine fluting he'd noticed milled into the chamfers along the blade choil of his sweet new F95 Nudist. That was enough for me to get out my F95R for comparison's sake, though without any expectation that it would be similarly milled, which, of course, my older knife was not. Regardless, this is one that I'm always pleased to have with me.

Cant wait for mine......Gotta wait 2 weeks now😥 ...Just went away to the mountains for some mental health days a nd recuperation.....Oh and OD green of course😜
Oh, well that's good, soak every second of that mountain time in while you're there! That's what I need too. I have my ol' yearly motorcycle camping trip planned for a week and half away that I'm excited for too!

This has been my carry for the last 2 weeks as we traveled across the British Isles and handled all duties that were thrown at it, handy little tool.

Wife said I drank more Guinness in the last 2 weeks than I have in the last 2 years 🤣

Mornin folks! Got the Wingman EDC Mayo Dr. Death model today. This thing came with a very, very stiff detent. I'd been putting off tuning it because in order to take a little tension off the Ti lockbar, you have to first take off the steel lockface because it incorporates a lock bar stabilizer on it. But the other day I broke down and did it. I took off the steel lockface, took a little tension off the lockbar (while re-assembling it each micro-adjustment to check it's function and then disassembling again), I de-burred the detent hole (something that I'd never thought about in all my knife years until I recently heard about it. I put my fine Sharpmaker's angled tip inside the hole and worked it just a little bit, it actually did have a tiny burr on it.), cleaned and lubed everything, and added some missing loose bearings to it. When I received it secondhand I found that it was missing like 1/3rd of it's loose bearings. I ordered some 1.5mm ceramic bearings from amazon and they were a perfect match. All together these little updates made the action and detent so much better.
