Thanks man! Yeah I agree that it's a hell of a knife. Such a cool design with the micarta inlay on the spine. I just wish it wasn't so dang expensive, I got lucky with a good price on mine on the used market.Sick combo. The Barnes is one of my favorite acquisitions.
Yeah their marketing strategy, and just the whole company is pretty weird, I agree. I'm definitely not the kind of guy that their whole brand caters to, but like you said, they do have some dang cool designs, those sons of guns..I'll be damned.
I admit, while browsing knife retailers, their offerings often grab my attention.
Something about the "brand name" coupled with their price rubs me the wrong way though. Shame.
