Carrying a modern traditional to slow things down…as today is the last day at my current job. After 7 years, the decision wasn’t easy. At my age, no career related decisions are easy, but I FEELGOOD about this one (see what I did there). The pay will go down, but so will the stress. A new chapter starts tomorrow and I am excited!

I'm 75, and I don't think I've ever heard any other old codgers wishing their old jobs would've been more stressful. Good luck, and slow down.
