Despite my (sarcastic) ridicule of tip-down carry, I can almost imagine being able to retrieve it from the pocket by pinching the the Spydiehole and taking it out already open almost like a waved Emerson. But what do I know, I’ve never owned a tip-down folder…One more tip-down Millie forCPP here, but I'm struggling with day-name consonance--how 'bout Wavy Wednesday for this fluted Ti specimen?

The factory copper scale PM2s are fantastic as well!Yeah, someone posted a fluted Ti scaled PM2 the other day and I'm just in love with it. I'm cursing myself for not remembering who posted it and why I didn't harass them for answers at the time
Thanks for the info!
For sure. He’ll get to this weekendI bet lil man will be envious when you tell him you ran the telehandler
Some time ago, when I moved toward modern folders after having carried SAKs and Buck-style lock-backs for many years, my first knives with clips were inexpensive and tip down only. Most of those are long gone now with the the remaining few in a bottom drawer. I do have a few old classic BMKs bought later on--one of my AFCKs and a pair of Elishewitz Dark Stars--but everything else, save those three Militaries, is carried tip up. I do love the classic Millies though, as much for as despite being tip down. Tomorrow I'll finish up this run with the M2 with its four-way options set for tip-up.Despite my (sarcastic) ridicule of tip-down carry, I can almost imagine being able to retrieve it from the pocket by pinching the the Spydiehole and taking it out already open almost like a waved Emerson.
