Today I got something new: A small Böker Atlas all black:

Its a very simple 12c27 slipjoint, completely made of a folded steel grip

and painted black.

Very thin, but it has a deep carry clip and that was a reason for me to get it.

I paid less than 30€ and its a very no nonsense small slipjoint with a solid weight and feel and very minimalistic.
No play in any direction and surprisingly good flat grind.

It definitely gets thrown into rotation :)

Cheers

What's that little fella underneath the Para 2 if you don't mind me asking, and did it come with the thumbstud? That thing's sweet! Thanks.
4380DM Double Cross is a two-blade pocket knife that features VG-1 clad 16 layer Damascus steel. Only 250 made :)~ by kershaw. They have another one like this with red color wood scales and different steel that's more common. This one has ebony wood.

Got it off bladeforums, for 100 canadian. It was my first traditional looking folder at the time. I didn't know it was so limited, it's my user been putting miles on it. Fits neatly in watch pocket and I can take it out quickly and pop out the little warnie it's got.

P.S.
That wasn't para 2, it's my new Military 2

I missed posting again yesterday as I spent some time on our bathroom refresh sandwiched around a very pleasant visit here by an old dear friend that I hadn't seen for quite a few years. I still had my RGT fluted Ti scaled PM2 in my pocket throughout.

Today I'm a bit lazy, but did a few household chores and ventured out to get my ears lowered while carrying my SHF Flourishes which I used to cut some of the same black paracord for new shoelaces for my wife.

That SHF is beautiful every time I see it I get close to pulling the trigger on one.
