My pleasure. I called gritomatic and told them I thought the base was not heavy enough. They sent me out another bottom plate with screws to attach them together at no cost. There are many other stones you can purchase. I've gone through a few and nothing worked as good for me as the shapton glass ones. Personal preference!!

I use a TS Prof system which is very similar to sharp image system. There are a couple others too in this price range and all are good.
