EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Today was a bit of a ride. I was rudely awaken at 5:23AM by ripping winds. No big ugly storm with hail and tornadoes, just a brutal east/northeast wind that looked to be gusting to 50-60mph. Naturally (I live in a rural area) the power went out, but unnaturally, it was out for over 6 hours. I'm used to dealing with that, but it did shake up the day's plans a bit. 15V Para 3 was along for this adventure.

I missed posting on a mostly relaxing Sunday, though I did spend a few hours in the shop, hand fitting the 8 corner mortise and tenon joints on the cabinet door stiles and rails, having cut them all using both the UniSaw and the cross-cut sled on the Model 10.

Just gotta clean a few stray fibers off this off this one now.

Mostly that's just a matter of paring the tenon surfaces with my Stanley Sweetheart socket chisels, knocking the corners off, and making sure they fit into the mortises smoothly without forcing but with enough surface contact that the frame will hang together without glue like this.

After getting the panels all cut to size and sanded, ready to start gluing everything up this afternoon....

I've been carrying the S.E.R.E. (Saw, End-joint, Rabbet, Edge) in the shop for several days running and it's proven to be a very capable and solid work knife. Today it was perfect for the simplest of tasks, lifting the squeeze-out from the corner cove of the stile/rail joints at the panel, an area that's been pre-sanded but needs to be free of glue before finishing.
