Mrs. Cutchu and I went out for some Mexican food last night. The glare I got while taking this pic said it all...
Her: The "Seriously" glare.
Me: Slowly wipes blade and slides knife back in pocket.
Great dinner though!

In High School our birch tree (looked like a Weeping Willow) got bent to the ground during an ice storm. My Father was at sea so up to me to get rid of it. No big problems with a hand saw, cutting it down bit by bit, just took some time. BIG root ball. I dug and dug and dug, cutting roots as I went. Finally a kind neighbor who worked at a garage brought their tow truck home. With him pulling with the tow truck and me cutting roots we finally got the stump out. Very hard work. Made me think about farmers who had to clear forests to make fields, with axes, saws, shovels and if lucky with oxen. JohnRemoving this beast…doing it all by hand. Hopefully there was no snow like when I used a butter knife on mine in a blizzard in kindergartenI dug through this one with a spoon because I was too young to have a knife when it fell across the driveway.
