So sorry to hear that Terry
I know at night when it’s time to sleep my brain won’t shut down most times the gears keep turning . Not sure if it’s a form of anxiety but it sucks. Fortunately now I’m retired so if I’m up all night it doesn’t matter and I don’t have to wake up at 5:30am anymore regardless. Before it was like 3 days of no sleep and working and then so exhausted I’d have a good nights sleep but then the cycle would start all over again. But now I also can have a drink or two at night which helps me calm down a little .

Took the wife to the Jack O’Lantern Spectacular last night and carried the Liong Mah Warrior 3. The event, held at one of our Metro Parks, claimed to have >5000 carved pumpkins on display throughout the wooded trails. My wife took pictures of them all.
