I don't own one either, it exceeds my pain threshold for folders. I wouldn't pass one up, if it was laying ground.

Hopefully one of the owners of a Mojave, will chime in and let us know.

One of the things I noticed, was the top of the blade is ground differently. Obviously the 5 has different scales...

So, I've never noticed any hot spots whatsoever, however, after the question came up I double and triple checked...no hot spots.
