Ok, before yesterday I’d never heard of this knife, now I’ve seen at least six of them in the last two days. They are definitely lookers. Lucky for me I’m not a big fan of front flippers (I have one, just to say I have one, and that’s enough), or else I’d have a lot more of my herd up on the chopping block.

I continue to be really busy with a lot of other stuff going on and am still only an occasional poster here. Over the last few weeks I've also been carrying the same knife for several days straight which is very unlike my usual pattern. I've had my Cheburkov Leader LW on me for several days--definitely one of my desert island knives and a possible answer to that "if you could have only one" question.

I hit a car at a crossing that was closed, due to the rail and ties being replaced.

Guy was drunk off his ass, used the PCH excuse to get out of it.

Some people might remember this oldie but goodie from 2006.

Holy snykies !!! That must’ve hurt. I see some pretty bad ones and the other first responders on scene maintain that it’s ALMOST always intoxication or distracted driving that cause it. Truly sad. Every once in a blue moon, the accidents are caused by a medical emergency….even more sad.
