I love my PM2 in S90V, but it came with gaudy turquoise scales with sharp edges that don't feel good in the hand - I much prefer my CruCarta, but I like the S90V steel better than Cruwear (and that's saying a lot). What's involved in changing the scales, preferably to a darker (or some other) version of canvas Micarta?

Thanks! These are all from Spicin' Foods. The "100% Pain" has been featured on Hot Ones and is the hottest here. I tend to use that one more as an ingredient. The others are all flavor bombs with more reasonable heat levels. Fire and Spice is particularly good. They make a bunch of other great sauces but these are the ones I have on hand.

The Garlic is a little hotter but nowhere near 100% Pain. It's awesome on white pizza with chicken, chicken alfredo, or florentine. For something quick and easy, I'll do a light toast on some English muffins, butter them and top with leftover chicken and cheese with a drizzle of this garlic sauce, and toast again in the toaster oven.
