Storm hit at around midnight and my first job was to turn the power off to a neighbor’s house that was crushed by a massive Fir tree. We’ve been at it all night and still have 134,000+ meters out of power.

It’s gonna be a long few days but I’m still gonna eat some waffles !!! šŸ˜

My son sends me pictures and videos of the work (mostly the destruction) regularly…dangerous job. Be safe out there!

Sweet ! If I ever get home from working this wind storm I’ll shoot ya a pic of the BK-9 that I tricked out. It was the only knife that my wife and 5 kids ever gifted me. ā¤ļø
That’s awesome, brother. I’d love to see it when you get a chance. And man, having your wife and kids gift you that BK-9 makes it priceless. Stay safe out there in that wind storm.

We lost power just for a few minutes, at least so far. Wind blew the cover off the chimney. Been on that chimney since the house was built in 1978, so guess I cannot complain too much about it. We have not had any problems with flooding in our area of Western Washington, but East and North of us are having a rough time. John
