Cold and snow, yes. Ice in any amount is a no go for me.
Nice knives. The fixed blade looks heavy duty.

Tell us more about these scales?

Hey they are just factory green G10 scales on a discontinued version of the Endura. Wish Spyderco still made that version but the KC exclusive I have today is pretty similar construction with the full liners and backspacer just with pakkawood scales instead of G10 for the handle.

He's 11 now and 85 pounds (we keep him skinnier in his old age). They make themselves small when the cabin is cold in the morning.
