I just bought this same knife a couple days ago. Stretch2 XL SPY27. Great knife for work. Only “problem” is that it has rekindled my need/want/urge to buy and own many knives. I thought my blade binge buying days were over. But I was SADLY MISTAKEN. After morning chore time is over (groceries , dump run , gas etc) , I’ll be spending this rainy Sunday researching a new EDC. Anyways , cool knife

Mine is K390. It cuts for years without so much as a touch up, and I really dig the patina!

What is it that you plant at the base of your tomatoes? I remember last year you saying that those plants benefitted the tomatoes and maybe kept pests away. Looks good man!

Those are mini marigolds, supposedly help with the bugs but also good at retaining moisture.

Terry, I absolutely love the looks and everything I’ve read about the G&G Hawk Deadlock. CONGRATULATIONS !!! Sadly, I can’t justify the price since my state laws make it illegal to carry, unless I were to be on duty.

You and woodysone both now have that model. I’m very curious as to both of your impressions. I really dig the Jungle Green CF model. (Talk me into it, please).

Under rated piece, wish he was still having them made. I bought several since they haven't been made for years and will never be made again. Oem'd by Reate, with hand flattened detents. Varga VBR. This is the 3.5in second-to-last generation. I also own two of the newest generation in the small size, they have pivot collars and geared back spacers. Mark even rummaged up some micarta scales for me, he's been out of the game for years and he still did that for me. Great guy.

It’s the factory micarta that came with the knife. It’s darkened up a bit from carrying though.
