I'm not as confident in the dating as I used to be, and in general I have a suspicion that the main blade was replaced. Judging by the font, The font and letter placement looks more like a stamp in a blue frame (very-very similar), but there is no year stamp or I can't see it under the bolster on the small blade. So this might refer to the stamp in the red frame. The large blade only has the "Sword" stamp, but I don't know what years this stamp looked like, so I just think it was made before WW2 (It's funny, someone recently talked on TV about World War №11 (eleven) without understanding Roman numerals)
