EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Sick as a dog and haven't been on much, but I've been enjoying my copper Mini Natrix. I'm so used to modestly priced Kershaws being assisted that it was a complete surprise when this little guy arrived and was a manual opener. It's a fun little knife. :)

Benchmade Infidel auto lives in my “hang around the house” shorts, in my pocket right now.

When I’m out and about, I carry my Kershaw auto most often, as it’s thin enough to fit into the knife pocket on the side of my Tru-Spec shorts.

After joining in on Thursday's pre-emptive CF Friday with our friend @Quiet , I was prepared to follow up on the proper name-day with my monstrous Shiro 111 pocket-sword. Then I saw @ScooterG 's Hinderer re-blade which I thought was an REK re-grind until his subsequent post. I was half-right, recognizing Josh's awesome work and got out another monstrous knife instead--my XM24 former Spanto re-ground to a large-radius hollow by J with one of his scary-sharp Wicked Edges. I should carry this one more and get some regular-use marks on it, but it's awful pretty and I'm actually a little afraid of it--like if dropped it could take my foot off.

We're in our third day of a Nor'Easter backing in on us. It won't stop raining and the power's out for the second time today. I popped out on the deck to get a couple drippy pics....

...though the blade grind shows up way better in this older one shot on a much drier day.

Power just came back on. :D

First thing I did when I came in was dry it off thoroughly, B. ;) Lots of my knives get used pretty hard and have the snail trails and scratches to prove it, but that's used/not abused and I'll take the time to dry 'em off or clean 'em up as soon as the opportunity presents itself, just like any other tool. I have to work at not being too fussy sometimes though.
