And like I said before, if it is your belief that the NSN number means the government checked him out or cared about his past then please provide evidence of that. What you are saying is that if the Army is good with his knives so should everyone else. What is more likely true is that they don't know about him and/or don't care. What you are ignoring is the mountain of other evidence factual presented here. If you are cool with what he did then admit it and move along but don't try to pull the wool over anyone's eyes here. The facts we have show he is a scumbag.

I've been torn for years on the damn subject. I had an SnG CC for years and it was in fact the best modern folder I have ever owned. Maybe I got lucky whatever. I recently sold it only because I "accidentally" bought a new guitar and wanted to stay in my warm bed with the Wife. I picked up an XM18 & another CRK so I'll live. If I were still in the Corps, that SnG would have been one helluva a knife to have. The "hole", the choil & the robust build made it a great hard use knife. Maybe Mick is a jerk, but I'll not play the part of Holier than Thou. Despicable behavior is perceived on many levels and we focus on what relates to us.

Very naive and wishful thinking. Government isn't any moral authority and army is government's tool.

That is what he is saying. He can't see how the two facts are independent. It is like saying that an increase in ice cream sales cause the murder rate to rise...

I'm simply addressing the FACT that he has issued knives to units in the military. NOT HAVING EVER been in MASROC, the Army Rangers I haven't a @$^% of an idea how those run however its mind blowing to assume if he IS the person of horrible stolen valor you say that he has a scrotum. I have friends in the military who would curb stomp him in six seconds if those claims were validated... You're telling me in years and years not one man of valor has ran into him..? Come on..

And that is totally fine so long as you admit to liking knives from a man and company that did all the things spark said, because they are verifiable fact. It is when people start to try to excuse these facts away that we run into problems.

No, I did not come up with that. That is basic rational science. It is how we decided whether two variables are dependent or independent of each other. You'd learn it day one in any research methods class. Insulting me again does not help your argument.

And no, I am not telling you anything outside of the facts presented here. That is how a discussion works. Spark is former Military and he did curb stomp him verbally with facts (you see, actually curb stomping someone over this stuff is stupid because it is a crime).

No excuses from me. I'm just a mere knife nut that likes sharp things. Most of my Striders have been purchased 2nd hand anyways. I like the knives not the man. His false advertising and lies aren't what sold me on the knives either.

FWIW: I build High Performance racing engines for NASCAR/NHRA/IHRA... I know how stuff works brother, thanks. As a matter of fact you can say I've done R&D quite often.

Maybe give it a rest. If you don't want to discuss the subject that is fine but insulting others doesn't help. It is not belittling someone to explain how basic rational thought is conducted. Just because X & Y happen at the same time it does not mean X causes Y to happen. Sorry if some folks are insulted to learn of such things.
