Elusive Schrades

Hello ,

I've had the chance to receive this great knife after a very nice trade .
I would like to know of this 340T had been produced with other handles (materials ) ?
I would be very very happy to find and buy a different one :)

While not an Old Timer, Schrade did produce an open stock pattern the same as the 34OT. Their 834 pattern was the same blade layout, and was produced in jigged delrin, and also jigged bone, like this one.

Me too!! Schrade did the a first Old Timer, the 8OT with bone, and should have stuck with it!!
In this picture, the third knife from the top and the four bottom knives, had what Schrade called, experimentally, Meerschaum Bone, before they turned to Delrin, seen on the second knife down, and the big one at right!!!!:rolleyes:Old Timer Group A.jpg
