Lesknife, the stockman you are referring to in post 4149 is an 881, their iconic 4" stockman. I'm fortunate to have a nice one from the mid 1950s.

Yes that sure does look like it. Thanks for posting the picture it’s a beauty ! Of course his blades had dark grey patina on them.

Schrade made so many nice-looking stockmen!!! Not many with slant bolsters though!!!

I think they add a little pizzazz!!

I love those parallel slant bolsters, Charlie, and Cut Co, too . . . what a knife!
