Emerson Gallery and Glossary

the screw and Titanium LINERS which used in emerson knives is made in USA or Other countries ?

My understanding is that they do have a screw machine, and I'm certain the liners are at least waterjet/laser cut in the USA. I doubt anyone knows where the source Ti comes from, but the US is a producer so its not unlikely. Being a bit nit picky though aren't you? 99% of the things you use are not made 100% in the USA.

I did something a bit different with this set of inlaid CQC-7 scales... the ruby red G10 is translucent so I figured it might provide a nice edge shading if I used black CA adhesive to glue them in. They turned out just like I intended. These scales are fresh off the CNC and still wet from a soap and water scrubbing...

These look great Boomer! Amazing the detailed cuts. Well done.

A post in another thread inspired this project. Here's my orange CQC-7V that I carved up over the weekend.

My now shiny-er CQC-45. Took some files and sandpaper to it to get rid of the blasted texture finish on the liners, jimping and bolsters for the satin/brushed look.

The pocketclip is by Steelflame. It's the Crusader Cross clip with what I believe is called the dragontail style clip. I received the clip and lanyard as a gift from a friend.

Maybe I need make some friend, or more generous friends. Mine only ask me for money.

YES! Soon I will have a pair of Tiggers! Black coated inbound. Yeah, I'm going to refer to mine as my Tiggers (Winnie the Pooh).

Sounds like you like the first one. But what kind of person would buy two of the same Emerson in different blade finish's??

The practical kind! A coated one to show all the scratches and stories its been through and a satin one to sit there and look awesome

I know, I was joking. I'll probably snag a Tiger BT too to go with my SF. I did the same thing with the Zealot. Saw some Tiger BT pics on another forum and it looks awesome.

A individual with refined taste:cool:. I was also going to say the opposite of Eric, Blackcoat to look pretty and satin for the workhorse:). Their both pretty in any manner, really.

Silver and black blade versions in stock form. Cool Cats these Tigers!

Nice pics man. I'm imagining what a BT Tiger with the regrind on the primary bevel & swedge would look like. With that low slung blade, I'm thinking it would be killer.
