I have a half dozen Grips, two of which are Ritter Grips and I find them all to be excellent knives. However, when compared to the Endura, I prefer the Endura's longer blade, thinner handle and dual, full length, nested steel liners. In addition, I prefer VG-10 and FRN to 154CM and Noryl GTX.

I have both and you cannot open and close an endura with the ease that you can a griptilian. The axis lock is fantastic and is perfect for speed you would need in an emergency. Lots of people like vg-10 though over 154cm. Honestly if you are going to spend the money for a griptilian.. how much are they 80-100 these days? you might as well get yourself a spyderco paramilitary 2 which has g10 and s30v steel, a step above both

I don't have a full size Griptilian, but do have a Mini Grip. I chose Endura because I highly prefer the slimmer handle, and overall better ergonomics. This is all my opinion though. Now, this isn't taking anything away from the Grip/Mini Grip, they're great, but I just prefer the Endura/Delica much more. I also like VG10 just a bit more than 154CM on the standard models. My Mini Grip is in D2 however (which I like).

I have got 4 Enduras and 3 Griptilians. They are both great knives. Three of my Enduras are with ZDP (one of which is FFG) and one of my Griptilians is with s30v (limited run)...
In my opinion Griptilian has got better steel (I personally has got a bad case of Spyderco VG10, so that is just my personal prejudice). And it has got much better lock (yes, I have seen pictures of Enduras with broken "tooth" on its backlock, which again strengthen my negative attitude towards steel). It has also got more versatile blade grind. And it is more traditional and less intimidating for people around - so easier to use while in public.
Endura on other side is so much easier to carry around clipped under the belt - just the best for the knife with that blade size. It is exceptional! A must have.
So you have to have both knives. Preferably in few variations of each!

The Griptilian and mini Grip are great, and very ergonomic, but for EDC I like the flat profile of the Endura for easy, unobtrusive carry. And the Griptilian is tip-up only (the Endura goes up or down), and I have been stabbed more than once by a tip up carry knife that opened in my pocket. Just a consideration for those who care.

I love the lock on the grip however i can ghetto wave the endura plus its thinner that the grip in the pocket. Now an endura with a ball lock would be very interesting.

I have an Endura foliage green G10 that I find to be an excellent knife. I had a black tini tanto Griptillian and I have to say it was very disappointing and I ended up giving it to a co-worker.

grip for me :D
i prefer the axis lock ,it feels better in hand and rides exceptionally well for its thickness.

Endura...but it is purely a personal preference. Nearly every aspect of the knife results in this preference for me (blade shape, lock type, handle texture, handle thickness).

+1

Plus I'm not a big fan of the looks of the Grip's handle, I find it a little chintzy looking.

Just let it happen...get a Griptilian...trust me even if you don't like it you can just sell it off or switch back to your Endura...soo just do it :p

Can't have too many knives. I have both and both again: big grip, little grip / endura, delica. Use ém all. Got my big grip from a navy seal, very utilitarian. But, I like thin knives for pocket carry so I lean to the delica, endura is a tad long. Sáll good.

As several others have said, both are excellent knives. The Endura is thinner and longer, feels more solid in the handle. The Axis lock is a joy to use on the Griptilian. You need to use one awhile and develop your own opinions. Personally I prefer the FRN FFG Endura for the blade steel and edge geometry, the light weight, and the thin handle that disappears in my pocket.

The Delica is the best EDC ever made, Endura is also a great blade. I have had bad experiences with Benchmade so I am hesitant to recommend them.

I have both and the size, blade shape, steel, grind, handle material, profile, and ergos of the Endura fit me far better than those of my full-size grip. My Griptilian seems to be a gunk magnet as well and the liners and the lock are far more difficult to clean out. I also believe you get more for your money from the Endure and the person who claimed the price point for the Griptilian made it a "far better" knife, clearly has a skewed vision of high-value.

The answers that you are getting here probably won't help you to decide. The reason is that both of your choices are excellent knives and though they are different in a few ways there is no clear winner. The good news is that whichever you choose will be a great choice.

both great knives for its price. but personally i like axis because i feel that its a more hard use lock.

Endura.
The Griptillian is nice, but the handle's too big for my EDC needs. Also, not a big axis or ball lock fan.
