FWIW- I use corn cob media and nufinish car polish in my tumbler and I have nice shiny brass and no dust in a few hours. I also cut up a used dryer sheet in to 1" squares and put them in with the media. Its supposed to help keep the media clean. I think the corn cob media that I use it just the RCBS stuff.

Anyone here have or have handled the Bechmade 300sn flipper?

I've thought the Mini-Grip is too small and the Griptilian blade size a little big, so this is right in the middle. Also has G10 scales, the lack of which some people complain about on the Griptilians.

I like the look of that - the blade is too long for me. I was just now looking at the mini-grips as I have a Cabelas gift certificate that would cover one.

Not a rumor, the smoke is as cool as can be. Amazing really, compared to a shorter pipe. Not that I have a lot of pipes, but this is by far the best smoking pipe I have. Now to get some 12" pipe cleaners, and a stand. I think I have a deer antler at my moms. Maybe I'll make one out of it, and have enough left for a tamp.

That sounds really cool, I look forward to seeing some pictures of completed project.
 
Just in case anybody was on the fence about K9's duracoating, let me assure you its top notch work. Just got back a M-18 he did for me. Got some cool ideas for him in the future.

trying to decide how to spend $100 at Cabelas. I don't need any camping gear... don't need any fixed blades... a BM mini-grip sheepsfoot? Wish they had the 707 Sequel... I like that one and I know those guys (just a little). I'd like a good USA-made folder, 2.5-3". Hmm... ideas?

Snowing here quite a bit.
