I had a PM2, sold it and got a Military.
That digicam would look sweet with a light dye.
Something that was a black and grey digi pattern would look awesome.

I thought about doing a light dye but I really want full on black scales so I think I'm gonna go full monty and do like 3 thirty minute soaks with rinses in between. Hopefully that's enough to fully black out the scales, I don't want them to look mostly black but with some vague pattern showing through.

Just started disassembling my Paramilitary2 digicam/satin blade. I'm going to dye the G10 scales all black, not a big fan of the digicam but it was all I could find at the time and I really wanted a PM2. They're still in short supply. I'll throw a pic up of finished product. Any other BHs sport a PM2?

Yup, I have three PM2's.....black/satin, digi/satin, and blue/m390. I actually had all the sprints at one time, but wasn't using them, so I sold them to fund something else. I'm kinda hoping they release a desert camo PM2....that would be pretty sweet.

It's looking like full conversion/cover up of the digicam may not be possible in one shot with RIT dye. Need some stronger dye maybe.

Ok, I don't know wtf I'm doing wrong... I just used my KME on a tweener. I still can't shave hair but by other rights this knife is "Sharp".

Ugh, I shouldn't browse this forum so often. I'm always thinking: I'll just check this and that... And then we're 30-45 minutes in the zone (when I'm able to stop myself).
Back to my books I guess, those exams aren't going to write themselves.

I've come to really love the BK-16 over the last few weeks. I got some stainless screws, made some liners that add about 2.5mm thickness to the handle, stripped and convexed the blade. I got me some leather, and I'll make a sheath for it. Would you guys be interested in a few pics and a small review?

I really like the knife so far. With the thick coating stripped off, it slides through wood effortlessly, whether you're batoning through 4" logs or whittling. I've got it to a nice shaving edge, and so far I only had to give it a few passes on a strop to get it back there. Mr. Becker really made something great here.

Got my sheath from Psy. Fits perfect for my ffg17 from K9.

Glad you like it! Of course you suckered me into getting the microstream lol

I always like seeing reviews.

I've tried very hard to not like them, acquired and sold three so far, but I stumbled upon a couple dealers around here selling sprints in the last few months and couldn't resist, even if it was to just check them out and pass them along. The Military's aren't too shabby either.

Not finished with it but I am currently making a hybrid sheath for a KA-BAR USMC, pictures this afternoon if the wife lets finish it...

Looking forward to seeing that. Also, I see you have a mention in the latest Blade....

I want a PM2 but its at the top of what I "can" carry. To cops any knife is a weapon and their for, illegal. I do love my sage 2 though.
