Enrique Peña knives

Good lookin knife, Enrique. :cool::thumbup:

For those that maybe didn't realize or notice the difference, Tony differentiates between the standard BackPocket clip blade and his "Panama Trapper" blade by doing a sabre grind on the PT clip. Here is an image of one of Tony's PTs for reference. Enrique's rendition is a very nice one, indeed. ;)

Hello to all. Here is another one hot of the bench. It is patterned after a Tony Bose knife with my own take on it. It has intergral bolsters liners with ground finish blades, my own jigged bone, double pinned shield and it is completlly finished by hand. Just sharing the photo with you guys. Thanks for all your great comments. Knife not for sale.

:thumbup: Enrique is this the knife you were working on when I visited you at your shop? Either way it looks great.

Hello to all. Here is a picture of a knife that I just finished and that I would like to share. I'm planing to attend the Oregon show in April and this one will be going there. It is one of my first knives to have bushings in the pivot pin and have integral liners and bolsters. I do not think that a knife has to have bushings on it but it does have some advantages to it, like for example the pivot pin will not show since the maker can really beat on the pin and make it not show and the blades will not lock up by the beating on the pin. Not to mention the larger bearing surface. I make each bushing my self on my lathe out of 630 aluminum bronze and I think it is really worth the extra work. This knife measures 3 7/8" closed, blades and springs are CPM 154, the liners and bolsters are integral, shield is double pined and the scales are my own jigged bone. Thanks for all your previous great comments and feel free to comment on this one. Knife not for sale.

Yet again you stun us with your work (ability).
Incredible, Enrique, how you have reached such dizzy heights in such a relatively short period of time !!!!

Another beauty, Enrique! Are you planning to go to the BLADE show in Atlanta this summer?

I sure hope to meet you and get a chance to handle some of your knives in person.
