This knife started out life from a Klein Tools Lockback knife that I found at a pawn shop while on a vaction trip. I used the handle and modified it a bit and then added a blade that looks similar to the one I put on a Remington 1306 but only shorter. Yes it looks a lot like a Lanny's Clip with a diffrent blade and might one day make it look more like a Lanny's Clip. Thanks to all for your great comments.
 
Hello to all. I have always wanted to post some pictures of a knife in progress and I think this will be the one. It is the first of it that I make and will be marked with a " P " for prototype. It will have a saber grind on the blade which is a bit tricky to make on such a narrow blade like this one. It will also have my own dyed and jigged bone, integral liners and bolsters and a pivot bushing on it. Hope you all enjoy the progression on the knife. If no one prys it of my hands I will keep it for myself. Hope you all enjoy it.
