I'll have to see if it fits into the Regimental Calendar - always wanted to visit Alabama...
 
I need to get a tentative count and what days people are coming so we can divide how we're going to do communal meals. I'm going to try something different this time. I would like to have 1/2 of the people cook friday night and the other 1/2 on Saturday night.

Also for anyone arriving Thursday night I need to know who you are. I will be providing dinner for Thursday night. Don't worry there's a catch. ;) lol Just a small one. I'm unable to help the mr set up camp so I'm going to bribe ya'll with food to help him for me. We'll be feasting on home made chili and hot dogs.
 
Count me in. I haven't put in my vacation request at work yet, but shouldn't have any problem getting it approved.

I do plan to get there Thursday. I just hope I'm through with this latest bout I'm fighting of gout, I've barely been able to move my foot or walk for nearly a week :( .

I'll be there on Thursday, probably early (Before lunch). What time is everyone else planning on getting there?

my goal is Thursday afternoon, not sure what time as it will depend on OKC & Dallas traffic.
 
I really wish I could go! It's just a little too far!

I expect to get there sometime Thursday after noon. It will take me awhile to load up my truck, and then a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive down.

I have a folding table I can bring if that would help with food preparations.

Now this sound's like a good weekend,count me in lol

Does anyone know off the top of their head how fare from the Oklahoma border it is for this years get together down in Texas????
