What a fantastic weekend! We got a little bit of rain on thursday night and it was cold in the middle of the night everynight but we had a blast!

We have taken the coconut bra to a whole new level of awesome! We made a new one and it's now equipped with tacti-tasils!


I got cricketdave to rock the bra. This is pre tacti-tasils.

We had a raging fire on Saturday night. You can see how big the fire was. I forget how tall Dave is.

good pics - I finally found where my wife packed the camera when I started unloading the truck today.
 
oh i forgot to say thanks to jeff and mike for the great gifts they sent, i'm lovin my firekit and ellie has hardly put her knives down! so thank you very much.

absolutely..Would have loved for them to be there....but the gifts were greatly apprecitated.......Also thanks again to the Gunners for the patch and decal...And thanks to all that attended because new friendships are the best gifts of all......Drew

the gifts were greatly appreciated, from the "official" loot to the "unofficial" ones that were floating around - like during the trade blanket session.
I'm very glad I had the chance to meet everyone who was there!

Katie - next time you run over that girl's cell phone, make sure she's still holding it, please? (and yes, the Springer family REALLY made me appreciate everyone in our group)
 
I agree, thanks to Mike and Jeff for the gifts. Folks that didn't make it sure missed out on the free Junglas we each got :D

I had a great time. Felt bad for Mr. Shotty getting sick all night Saturday night. I enjoyed meeting y'all in person.

I sure was tired last night, did not want to get up to go to work this morning. All I want to do is carve some more sticks and build another fire...

The entertainment was nice. I didn't want to be arrested for something stupid like running her over. I can think of way more fun things to get arrested for.
 
Sounds like it was a blast. Picked the best weekend, too. BF was down too long for comfort.
 
Awesome! Looks like you guys had a great time. Sometimes adverse weather can add to the fun a bit. I'm sure the cold made the fire feel that much better :D I really hope I can make it to an outing in the future. You guys should come to NY ;)
 
It was a blast....right up until about 12:45 sunday morning.

Good sweet lord..... I've never puked so much in my life.

It's pretty amazing how a healthy fear of the dark nighttime woods completely dissappears with a bout of food poisioning. I would truck it full speed into the complete darkness, knowing full well that the coyotes were on the prowl, just to chuck in peace.

We had a great time though, great group of people and good conversation. Always a pleasure to camp with folks who know more about it than you do, you can pick up some tips and tricks.
 
Looks like you all had a great time! Gonna have to see if we can out do that fire when BladeSHOW comes around..... (yeah I know, your getting a hotel room, just as long as it s a DIFFERENT hotel then mine, we good)
