ESEE fest

And for the folks that are coming:

Don't forget the trade blanket!!

Bring anything you might want to trade out. Even little stuff might bring you a trade, you never know.

I plan on bringing a bunch of stuff, I'll be bringing a few nice knives too, just in case. Never know what might pop up.

So how does the Trade Blanket work? Is it kind of like a Christmas white-elephant-gift exchange where everyone doesn't know what they'll get, or is it more of each person negotiating with another individual who brought something they are interested in?

I haven't figured out what to bring yet...

yes........or let's say I put a knife out there for trade you offer a folder close to same value and another guy toss out a Backpack....then it is up to me to decline or accept one offer....

Ammo..... extra gear...flashlights....cookware...camping stuff.... Survival books....it's really easy.... I traded Tarp hats/knives/machetes/dvd's(survival)/sheaths, last year

I distinctly remember this place getting along just fine pre-mistress of the tourture chamber, thank you very much.

Tony and I put our heads together we have almost half of a female brain anyway.:p

I can see it now, me sitting on the trade blanket, excitedly awaiting my new home... Someone throws out a knife for trade and you have to ask me if it's worth it or not.

Tony and I will require pics and measurements of the ex along with a copy of her last bank statement. Trust me, we've been through this before.;)

And yes, you should bring anything you don't want anymore. Too many times have I not brought enough and missed out on stuff I really wanted.

what are you planning on setting next to him on the blanket to make it worth taking him? (MiL is not an incentive.) :D
and does he do concrete flatwork? I've got a shop to finish building...

I can do concrete work depending on how many acres you live on and how big the trailer you have for me to live in is.:o

We get the shop built, we can build you a cabin.
I've got 35 acres - with a small pond well stocked with green sunfish. Plenty of rabbit, turkey, bambi, quail, & song dog, too - just not in the pond.
Neighbor to the South of me has 80 acres, a larger pond, and no domestic livestock - and I'm pretty sure I could get permission to harvest from him, too. :D
If you have any Pottawatomie blood in you, I can sweeten the pot even better, since I live inside the res boundaries, & they have a monthly stipend. (no, I'm not N.A.)

On top of that, we get snow.

Hmmmmmmm....... Cabin beats trailer........ Wood heat?

Not much on sunfish, any catfish in there?

I'm part lenape, that do anything?

got a double barrel stove in storage.
I put catfish in the pond 3 years back, they should be about eating size by now.
Lenape wouldn't get you subsidy, but would increase your chances of being hired on by the tribe or at the casino.

See. The deals start early. :) you can tell it's getting closer by how deep the poo is getting. By thursday we'll surely need our boots.
