Estwing Advertising - Volume 1
I've somehow found myself mired in a deep-dive of Estwing history.
Whew! Finding credible information on Estwing hammers, hatchets, and axes has turned out much more difficult than I had originally anticipated. It seems the folks at Estwing have no knowledge of their past products, at least none that they wish to share. My phone calls and emails have turned up nothing but vague responses.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not blaming anyone at Estwing for their lack of knowledge. After all, knowledge is gained by education, and it seems said folks have simply never had an opportunity to be educated on Estwing history. One cannot fault the individual for that.
With that being said, I'll share here some of what I've found regarding the Estwing brand over the years. Images are displayed in chronological order.
To my knowledge, all fall under Public Domain/Creative Commons guidelines.
