Ethan's Gathering May 16,17,18 Signup

Bad news for us folks. Had the deadline for a project I'm working on get bumped up by a week. Originally they wanted it done by next Monday - now they want the piece for this upcoming Monday. I was planning on leaving on Wed morn so that we would have a leisurely drive, but thought that I might have enough time to finish the job if left on Thursday morn - no such luck. Gonna miss seeing all of you. While it won't be the same, we hope to see some of you at Blade.

Please have a few for us in our absence - not that you'll need any encouragement!

I keep saying I'm going too one of these but my big but and poor health make me hesitant. but not much longer in the gym 4 days a week dropped 33 pounds in two months! plus I got a stomach bug from my wife who got it from her mom sooooo....... would have been a wash out this weekend anywho!! have fun take lotsa pics guys.

I'm for it! Wait... I assume by "demonstration" you mean killing, cleaning, plucking and butchering, right? Not some weird voodoo sex stuff? :eek:

I am still not really packed... a ton of yard/garden stuff decided it had to be done before the weekend. :grumpy: So I may just show up in a loin-cloth and make it a survival weekend :D
 
Would I be out of bounds if I brought a copy of The Joy of Cooking to get it signed?
My girlfriend asked if I could since I was going.
If I shouldn't, that would save a little space in my luggage, which is valuable since I'm probably riding my bike:D.

Nope. I brought my wife's copy last Fall and Ethan signed it for her, and he was very gracious about it. :thumbup: :)

So um......... Think I'm lost? Have no cell reception and my jeep nav is total crap? Have one bar on my ipad at the moment tho. Any directions would be awesome. Thanks
 
backpack ready, alarm set for 5 am. Google sez it's a 12-13 hour drive soooo…later tomorrow I should be there!
