Lol, sorry brother, its just a vicious circle of enablers around here. Hope you end up with a nice one. A couple on the images look to have nice figured burl.

I just paid for my #92 S.F.O. Blue Camel bone this morning. Can't wait for it to arrive. The pictures on The GEC Website of these particular Covers were absolutely beautiful! IMO.:D

Stag is not too bad



Size comparison to a 73


Looked all 3 pieces over close and can find nothing at all to complain about. They are just as I expected them to be . I preferred a Dark and a Lighter colored one , and I lucked out . I will keep the darker one for myself and the other one will be gifted. Very happy with them .

Nice stag on that one Harry. Here are mine, I received today. Blades could have been polished a bit more. A lot of little scratches in the blades.

The Stag looks great Harry :thumbup:. I didn't go stag because I couldn't see them in advance, but your covers match nicely.

Thanks for the kind remarks Bozack & CBR1000 : I was surprised that we never really saw any Stag knives on the GEC site or the dealers site but the box of Stag Slabs showed some real potential . The only picture of the Stag knife was shown after I reserved one and that picture was not very encouraging. I would really liked to have had a choice of my Stag like most of the other dealers do . I feel like I got lucky with the one that I did get . I like it very much.

Here my 92 collection (minus the snake wood SFO from DLT) It is by far my favorite pattern. I need to get more!!

Thanks a lot Harry!!!! I chose this to be my main pattern to collect and it's been pretty challenging so far!!
